The contracting parties

This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of the tuoriniemi.fi online service (the Service) maintained by Tuoriniemi Dream Oy (Service Provider). By using the Service, purchasing products from the Service or registering for the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by those terms.

Disposition

1.1. The service is intended for private consumers.

1.2. Companies can also use the Service. The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to business customers.

1.3. All rights to the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider.

Registration

2.1. The user can register as a user of the Service by filling in the registration form and choosing a username and password. The user can also order products without registering.

2.2. By ordering products, the User acknowledges that he has read these terms, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them.

2.3. Registration is free.

Responsibilities and obligations of the user

The user is responsible for all orders placed with his username and password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his username and password.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

3.1. The service provider is responsible for the proper processing of the information provided by the user and for maintaining the protection of the user's privacy. The information provided by the user is stored in the service provider's customer register. The required information to complete the order is the User's first name, last name, local address, post office, country, e-mail address and telephone number.

3.2. The service provider will not disclose the personal data it collects to third parties.

3.3. The information in the customer register can only be used in electronic direct marketing if the User has given his consent.

3.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose information about the User to the authorities if the User has acted in violation of the law and good manners.

3.5. The user has the right to check, change or delete information about himself from the customer register.

How to order

4.1. When ordering the service, a binding sales agreement is created when the Service Provider sends the user an order confirmation confirming the availability and delivery time of the product.

4.2. The service provider has the right to cancel the order, or deliver it incompletely if balance or technical errors occur.

4.3. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order. The reason may be, for example, a technical error in the service.

Product prices

5.1. The price of the product is the price shown on the Service page in connection with the checkout at the time of ordering after the final discounts.

5.2. Delivery costs are added to the price. Payment is per order unless otherwise stated. The current delivery fee will appear on the Service before the order is placed.

5.3. In the service, prices and transport costs are notified to the User in euros (EUR).

5.4. When selling and transporting products to EU countries, the prices quoted include VAT in accordance with Finnish legislation.

6.1 Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery

7.1. The service provider delivers the products it sells through Posti, using the SmartPost service. Products are delivered abroad by Fedex Priority shipping.

7.2. Shipping costs will be added to the order price. The shipping costs for each order appear in the Shopping Cart section of the Service.

7.3. Product delivery times depend on the product. Delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the shipment. The valid delivery methods appear from time to time on the Service.

7.4. The Service Provider shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delayed delivery.

7.5. The service provider reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in different shipments.

7.6. If the consignment is too large for Posti's parcel machine or the machine is full, the consignment will be delivered to the Post office that is closest to the machine.

7.7. The service provider is responsible for the loss or breakage of the product during transport.

7.8. Free shipping to a post office or parcel machine for orders over € 120.

Return Policy

8.1. According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel his order by notifying the Service Provider within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been modified in accordance with the consumer's wishes. If the order is returned, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

8.2. Refund is conditional on:

  1. The order has been canceled in accordance with the terms of sale by notifying the Service Provider no later than 14 days after receiving the product
  2. The product is unused
  3. The product is in the condition in which it was received by the buyer and all parts belonging to the product are stored and
  4. The product is packed in the original packaging.

8.3. The product must be returned immediately after canceling the order.

8.4. The user is responsible for any damage to the products during transport.

8.5. Custom-made products made according to the consumer's wishes cannot be returned or exchanged as they are manufactured according to the order after each order arrives. Please contact markku.tuoriniemi@gmail.com if you have any questions.

8.6. If the User / Recipient of the Service for any reason refuses to receive the ordered products and they are returned to the Service Provider, all costs arising from the return will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the User for the returned products.

Changes to the Service and this Agreement.

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Service, the Terms and Conditions and this User Agreement at any time.

Trading covers in case of return

If overlays have been provided in connection with the order, and the customer returns defective products so that the original condition of the merchant (for example, the minimum amount of the order) is no longer fulfilled after the return, the product received as overlay must be returned with the products. If the cover is not returned, its price will be deducted from the amount returned.

The free cover will not be refunded in cash in the event of a return of the cover product.

Dispute resolution

All disputes concerning this agreement that cannot be settled through negotiations shall be settled in the Turku District Court in accordance with Finnish law.
